MY NEW SMILE x PEYRAY 3D STUDIO
The lab was opened in 2019 inside of Dr. Peyray's private practice (My New Smile) to bridge the distant gap between dentist and dental lab - a relationship that was traditionally impersonal and often hit-or-miss.
By opening an in-house, boutique style lab, Dr. Peyray is now able to control every aspect of his patients' procedure, from the first incision to the final delivery. His technicians boast a combined 40+ years of experience between the two of them, each bringing their own unique experiences to the world of digital dentistry and ceramics.
QUALITY
Dr. Peyray's goal with creating the lab was to ensure that his patients receive the highest quality product at each step of their treatment.
That involves using the highest quality equipment, the highest quality materials, and approving each design before it is milled or delivered to the patient.
TECHNOLOGY
Peyray 3D Studio is a digital, model-less laboratory that embraces new technology.
The lab is equipped with multiple 3D printers, including Sprintray and Asiga models, and a full Zirkonzahn CAD/CAM workflow. In tandem with the cutting-edge dental technologies of My New Smile (like the Trios Intraoral Scanner and the PiC Photogrammetry scanner) the entire prosthesis process can be handled in-house, without taking impressions or pouring-up outdated models.
Buy a Zirconia Patient Education Model
Designed, milled and finished in Peyray 3D Studio. These models are crafted from a high-quality Zirkonzahn® Blackstone® 2 Artistic puck, giving the prosthesis top flexural strength and the perfect amount of translucency to appear natural.
The model is finished by our full-time, in-house ceramist using Miyo products to bring the prosthesis to life.
The model will allow the patient to feel the top quality weight and strength that zirconia offers, while seeing the smooth, lifelike characteristics that separate zirconia from other materials.
Models can be purchased without tibases (Zirconia only) or with ti-bases, screws and stone model included (Zirconia w/ Ti-bases).
